Subharti Institute of Technology and Engineering College organized a seminar on Cyber Jaagrookta Diwas. Every 1st Wednesday of each month will be celebrated as Cyber jaagroota diwas. The topic for the seminar was “CYBER AWARENESS” on 01-12-2021. The Seminar was organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Er. Konika Abid, Assistant Professor, CSE, SITE gave key knowledge about Cyber Security.
It was an opportunity for all the B.Tech/ M.Tech students and to know the basics of Cyber Security, Crime, and Threats related to Cyber. More than 100 faculty members and students participated from all the specializations. Er. Konika Abid during her Lecture covered the areas like Cyber Crime, Malicious codes, Cyber Attacks, Cyber Threats, etc. The lecture ended with a question and answer session with students then a vote of thanks was given by Dr. Sanjive Tyagi. The event was organized within the college campus under the supervision of Dr. Shravan Garg, HoD CSE/IT and Dr. Manoj Kapil, Dean & Principal, SITE, SVSU. Among the faculties of the department Er. Pankaj Pratap Singh, Er. Anubha, Er. Ashima and Er. Shweta Garg managed the whole session successfully.
