A workshop on the important role of mental health in career building was organized by the
Wellness Center and Faculty of Management and Commerce of Swami Vivekananda Subharti University.
A workshop on the role of positive mental health and well-being in career building was organized for students of Acharya Vishnu Gupt Subharti College of Management and Commerce of Swami Vivekananda Subharti University .The program was inaugurated by Dean and Director, Faculty of Management and Commerce Prof. (Dr.) R.K. Ghai and Wellness Center Director Dr. Rahul Bansal by lighting the lamp. The students presented Saraswati Vandana . Starting the workshop, Prof. (Dr.) R.K. Ghai explained the importance of mental health for students in today’s time.Thereafter, Center Director Dr. Rahul Bansal conducted the session to explain how human capabilities can be developed to the maximum level.Dr. Seema Sharma, senior consultant and psychologist of the psychiatry department of Subharti Hospital, told the students about positive mental health and well-being. Wellness center coordinator of the college, Dr. Shreya Pawar and other teachers made a special contribution to the workshop. Dr. Vinita Mittal was the anchor of the programme.The workshop was extremely informative .
