• Swami Vivekanand Subharti University is situated at NH-58, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, and from New Delhi the Roadways buses/cabs/trains (Meerut City Station) are available. The nearest Airport is IGI Airport, New Delhi (about 90 KM).
• The university campus is located on the highway and it takes only 45 – 60 minutes to reach from New Delhi Railway Station.

The instructions, rules and regulations for the championship have already been circulated by AIU. However, the following points may kindly be noted:

1.  Accommodation will be available only one day before the match and the team will be required to vacate the rooms within 12 hours of their last match.
2. There will be a reception counter at Major Dhyanchand Department of Physical Education, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University. All incoming teams may kindly report to the reception counter on their arrival at the university campus.
3.  Team managers are requested to submit 04 copies of eligibility proforma and KIUG performa duly typed and signed by a competent authority of the University as per AIU rules. Incomplete particulars or proforma’s will not be allowed. No cutting/ overwriting is permitted on particulars of eligibility proforma. 
4. All the players should produce a photocopy of the pass certificate of 10+2 examinations and the date of birth certificate. In the case of PG students, the pass certificate of a degree course, duly attested by the  Director/ Secretary (Sports) of the concerned university along with their eligibility certificates will be required. (Aadhaar Card Mandatory ) 
5. . It is mandatory to deposit the COVID Vaccine Certificate at reception(Manager, Coach & Players).
6. The players are required to bring with them their Identity card for the current session (2021-22) duly signed by the Director Sports/Dean Student’s Welfare of the concerned University. 
7. All participating teams are requested to bring proof of submission of the Annual subscription fee paid to the AIU for the session 2021-22. 
8. The organizing committee reserves the right to change the venue, date, time and order of matches or any other administrative activity to be played as per the situation, if and when necessary. The decision of the Organizing Committee shall be final.
9.  The tournament will be conducted according to the rules and regulations laid down by the concerned National Federation. 
10.  The participant/team should report for their matches at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
11. A Meeting of the managers and coaches for the Women Team will be held on 08-04-2022, for Men Team on 11-04-2022 at 05:00 PM and at Venue. Managers and coaches are requested to attend the meeting where all necessary instructions will be given.
12. All matches will start at 07:30.am and will be continued till the last match of the day.
13. Team Managers/coaches will be fully responsible for their teams’ discipline. Any damages etc will be charged from the concerned team manager.
14. Use of Liquor/Drug/Smoking/Tobacco is strictly prohibited on the campus of Swami Vivekanand  Subharti University.
15. In case of indiscipline or misconduct found by any individual player or a team as a whole, the organizing  Committee will eliminate the team(s) or disqualify the individual player(s) from participation in the championship.
16. The Reception will be available at University’s main gate and the teams are requested to report at University’s reception.
