Bhikaji Cama Subharti College of Hotel Management organized campus placement drive on 10th October, 2022 for BHMCT, DFPB, DFBS& MHMCT final year students. The Oberoi Group of Hotels & Resorts was invited by the college for Campus Placement. The Oberoi Group was founded in 1934 by Mr. Rai Bahadur Mohan Singh Oberoi. Currently the group operates 32 hotels, Nile Cruisers and a Motor Vessel in the backwaters of Kerala. The Group has presence in seven countries under the luxury ‘Oberoi’ and five-star ‘Trident’ brand. The Group is also engaged in flight catering, airport restaurants, travel and tour services, car rentals, project management and corporate air charters. The Group’s commitment to excellence, attention to detail and personalised service has ensured a loyal list of guests and accolades in the worldwide hospitality industry.
The placement drive was started with the welcome speech by Mr. Indraneel Bose followed by felicitation of members of the Oberoi group. After that Mr. Mahesh Rathor (Head, HR) gave a presentation about the company and the process of recruitment. Total 45 Students participated in this campus placement drive. Two Rounds (Introduction & Personal Interview) were conducted by the interviewers.
The Members interviewed our enthusiastic and energetic students and were impressed with their impeccable grooming and energy levels. The results will be declared by the Company Soon. At the end of placement drive, Dr. Shiv Mohan Verma thanked all the members of the Oberoi Group of Hotels & Resorts who visited our Campus. He also thanked all the final year students & Training Placement Officer Mr. Saurabh Tripathi for his dedication & Commitment.
