Teacher’s day is celebrated in India every year on 5th September to pay tribute to Dr.
Sarvapalli Radhakrishan former president of the country and missionary education. This day is also celebrated to appreciate & honour the role played by the teachers in the life & students, The leaders of the future.
JRP SCPT, SVSU celebrated this day with great zeal, on 4th September 2021. The whole event was meticulously planned by cultural committee members Dr. Kayinat Hassan & Dr. Latika Gulyani under the guidance of Dr. Jasmine Anandabai, Principal.
The programme was hosted by the students of the BPT-2017 batches.
The programme commenced with Saraswati Vandana by students of BPT 2020 followed by an energetic dance performance by students of the BPT 2017 batch, Beautiful Poetry by Mandeep, BPT 2020 & a singing performance by Ruby BPT 2017.
In the end, the audience was addressed by Principal Madam where she appreciated the efforts done by the students to celebrate Teacher’s Day and making the teachers feels special by showing their respect and love towards their teachers.
