The Alumni Association of Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College has organized alumni speaks webinar series in which webinars will be organized on monthly basis as making the passed out alumni in respectful positions as guest speakers. On 1st October 2021, the 1st webinar of the series was organized virtually at Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College which is the constituent unit of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut. Speaker for the event was Mrs. Sharanya Nair, currently working as deputy nurse in Poole Hospital, NHS, UNITED KINGDOM; she is also an alumnus of B.Sc. Nursing batch 2010 of Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College. She deliberately elaborated the audience on the topic “International patient safety goals”. More than 100 participants from various states including students, staff nurses, and faculty members who were alumni of Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing college participated in the event. The webinar was thought-provoking for the beneficiaries. This program was initiated by Dr. Geeta Parwanda, Principal, Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College who introduced the speaker and welcomed the participants. The whole program was moderated by Mr. Ajith Kumar, M.Sc. Nursing first-year student and was organized by Mr. Anand Sam Parera Professor, Dept. Of Medical & Surgical Nursing under the guidance of Dr. Geeta Parwanda.
