The department of Anatomy, Subharti Medical College organized 28th annual conference of UP chapter of ASI (28th UPASICON) on 23ʳd and 24t December, 2022. 160 delegates registered for the conference and submitted abstracts for paper and poster presentations on the official website of 28th UPASICON. Dr. Satyam Khare was the chief organizing secretary and Dr. Shilpi Jain and Dr. Alok Tripathi were the organizing secretaries. Two guest lectures were held in Maharani Laxmi auditorium. The guest speakers invited were Dr. C.S. Ramesh Babu and Dr. Kumar Satish Ravi. Dr. C.S. Ramesh Babu spoke on Mediastinal lymph node stations and Dr. K. Satish Ravi spoke on Publication ethics. After guest lectures, the inaugural ceremony was held in Maharani Laxmi auditorium.
Dr. Alok Kumar was invited as the Chief guest, and Dr. Krishna Garg and Dr. Vishram Singh was invited as the Guest of Honour.
In the inaugural ceremony, the dignitaries blessed the gathering and released the souvenir. After lunch, scientific sessions were held in LT-1, LT-2, Council Hall and Dissection Hall.
The chairpersons and speakers were awarded certificates. On 24th December, the scientific sessions were held and then the valedictory functions were held in Council Hall.
