Swami Vivekananda was a great believer in the potential of youth to change the world. He urged Indian youth to educate and focus their lives towards the service of humankind. Swami ji always highlighted the role of youth in the process of nation-building and inspired them to have a confident attitude. It is a steadfast truth that his philosophy and the ideals for which he lived and worked could be a great source of inspiration for the Indian Youth. He once said, “Whatever you think, that you will be. If you think yourselves weak, weak you will be; if you think yourselves strong, strong you will be.” During his victorious return from the West to India in 1897, he stayed at Vivekananda House, for nine days from 6 to 14 February, 1897. At that time, he awakened India’s national and spiritual consciousness through his fiery lectures in Chennai. Taking forward the wisdom string of Swami Vivekananda and to commemorate Swami Vivekananda’s return, Swami Vivekananda Chair proposes to hold a seminar during the auspicious Navratri month of the great philosopher and Saint on 14th February 2023, Tuesday for the university students and faculty members on the following proposed topic:
