Advancing Clinical Excellence in Implant Dentistry: Distinguished Guest Lecture on “Direct Sinus Lift in Implantology” Empowers Dental Practitioners at IDA Bulandshahr
In a significant step towards promoting evidence-based clinical practice and continuing dental education, the Indian Dental Association (IDA), Bulandshahr Branch, organized an enlightening scientific session under the leadership of President, Dr. D.K. Sharma and Secretary Dr. Geetanshu Sharma featuring Dr. Mayur Kaushik as the Implant Guest Speaker. The lecture, titled “Direct Sinus Lift in Implantology,” brought together an enthusiastic gathering of more than 50 dental practitioners of Bulandshahr, committed to enhancing their clinical expertise in modern implant dentistry.
During the scientific session, Dr. Mayur Kaushik delivered a comprehensive and evidence-based presentation on the Direct Sinus Lift procedure, covering its fundamental principles, clinical indications, patient selection criteria, surgical protocol, maxillary sinus anatomy, risk assessment, management of intraoperative complications, and long-term clinical outcomes. Drawing upon current scientific evidence and practical clinical experience.
Special emphasis was placed on the growing importance of dental implants as the gold standard for replacing missing teeth. Implant therapy not only restores oral function and esthetics but also preserves alveolar bone, improves masticatory efficiency, enhances patient confidence, and significantly elevates overall quality of life.
