Department conducted a one day workshop on 22nd May 2018, the workshop dealt with the concepts of RTL-SDR in satellite communications. It enlightened the students about the concept of ADSB receivers, an integral part of today’s aviation industry.
After the presentations in the first session, students were given an opportunity to have their hands on Software Defined Radio (SDR) and Automatic Dependant Surveillance Broadcast (ADSB) receiver configuration.
