The summary report on extension activity held on 08/04/2022
In tune with the Subharti Slogan Shiksha, Sewa and Sanskar. An extension activity/outreach activity on “Solid and Liquid waste management” was conducted with due permission from the competent authority on 08/04/2022 at 09:00 AM onwards by students of the mechanical engineering department, Subharti Institute of Technology and Engineering, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut. The students were actively involved in the activity and got knowledge about the application of solid and liquid waste management techniques in rural areas.
The activity was successful with intent and content with the following objectives.
- To inform the villagers about the use of solid and liquid waste.
- To spread the message of Subharti and PM to focus on providing interventions for the safe management of solid and liquid waste in villages under the Swachh Bharat Mission.
- To make students interact with society and their problems.
- To make students inculcate mass demonstration techniques.
