Introduction

Bhikaji Cama Subharti College of Hotel Management organized a guest lecture on “Innovative Bakery Products” on 8th December 2025 at the Multi-Purpose Hall. The session was conducted by Ms. Khushi Jain, a skilled Bakery and confectionery chef, known for her creative approach and passion for modern baking techniques. The lecture aimed to enhance students’ knowledge about emerging trends and innovations in the bakery industry.

Details of the Session

A total of 39 students and 8 faculty members attended the session. The program began with a welcome address by the faculty coordinator, followed by the introduction of the guest speaker.

Ms. Khushi Jain delivered an insightful presentation covering the following key areas:

  • Introduction of fusion bakery products such as gulab jamun cheesecake, rasmalai cake, and matcha pastries
