Bhikaji Cama Subharti College of Hotel Management organized an online International Guest Lecture on “Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Hotel Industry” on 07 July 2021. Dr. Shiv Mohan Verma, Head of Institution welcomed eminent speaker Dr. Noelah Mae D. Borbon, IHM, CGSP Lyceum of the Philippines University Batangas, Research Associate, Center for Research Innovation and Data Management, Associate Professor, College of International Tourism and Hospitality Management & Graduate School and also welcomed all the participants in the online session on the digital platform. The spokesperson explained the impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Hotel Industry and highlighted the features of its future perspective. Dr. Shiv Mohan thanked Dr. Noelah for providing valuable time from her busy schedule and thanked all the attendees for participating in this online session. He also thanked Saurabh Tripathi and Indraneel Bose for organizing this program. More than 300 students and faculty members from across the Globe participated in the above session. Faculty members Dr. Dhananjay Srivastav, Garima Jain, Vinay Punia, Ankit Srivastava, Shobhit Singh and Yajvendra Singh were present during this online session.
