The students of Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, and Electronics branches of the Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh India participated in an industrial visit to Padmini VNA Mechatronics Ltd., Gurugram, Haryana. The visit was organized on Tuesday, 23rd September 2025 at the company’s facility located at Plot No. I
The industrial visit provided the students with valuable exposure to advanced mechatronics technologies and manufacturing practices, bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world industrial applications. Experts from Padmini VNA Mechatronics Ltd. guided the students through various processes, innovations, and systems integration, products of Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), Hybrid, and Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV), as well as advanced product portfolio includes actuators, oil pumps, vacuum pumps, and various types of valves for cooling and control systems across various segments, including passenger cars, commercial vehicles, two-wheelers, and tractors and helping to the students understand industry standards and practices.
The visit was successfully coordinated and guided by Dr. Sanjeev Kumar (Associate Professor & Head, Department of Mechanical Engineering), along with Er. Sachin Kumar (Assistant Professor, Mechanical Engineering) and Er. Guru Sewak Kesharwani (Assistant Professor, Mechanical Engineering), who accompanied the students during the visit.
On this occasion, Dr. Manoj Kapil, Dean, Faculty of Engineering & Technology, appreciated the initiative and emphasized the importance of such industry-academia interactions in shaping future-ready engineers.
