Communication skills have emerged as a key requirement to getting employment in various employment surveys and reports of professional bodies like World Economic Forum, Deloitte, Mckinsey, etc. Amity University, Noida organized a workshop on ‘Innovative Communication Strategies for Connection & Digitalization in Industry 4.0 & VUCA world‘ for its UG and PG students. Prof. (Dr.) Simmi Gurwara, Additional Dean & Head, Department of Languages, Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences and Convener, Swami Vivekanand Chair, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut was invited as a resource person to conduct two sessions on ‘Emotionally Intelligent Communication’, scheduled on April 7, 2022, from 2.30 pm to 4.00 pm, and ‘Persuasive Communication’, scheduled on April 16, 2022, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
