Acharya Vishnu Gupt Subharti College of Management & Commerce (AVGSCMC), Faculty of Management & Commerce (FoMC), Swami Vivekanand Subharti University (SVSU), Meerut, successfully organized its flagship annual Management Fest “Manthan: 2026” with great zeal and enthusiasm. The event served as a vibrant platform for students to showcase their talent, creativity, innovation, and managerial acumen.

The fest witnessed active participation of around 150 students from various institutions, who competed with remarkable energy and competitive spirit across multiple events.

Inaugural Ceremony

The program began with the auspicious lighting of the lamp before Goddess Saraswati, invoking blessings for knowledge and wisdom.

Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Pramod Kumar Sharma, and Hon’ble CEO, Dr. Shalya Raj, conveyed their best wishes and blessings to all participants, motivating them to strive for excellence in academics and professional life.

Prof. (Dr.) Padma Misra, Officiating Dean, Faculty of Management & Commerce, delivered a warm welcome address and inspired the students with her encouraging words. The occasion was further graced by the presence of Prof. Dr. Prabhat Kumar Sharma, Academic Coordinator, SVSU.

Dr. Gaurab Kumar Sharma delivered an insightful presentation on the various academic programmes offered by Faculty of Management & Commerce (FoMC) & Swami Vivekanand Subharti University (SVSU). This session proved especially beneficial for participants from other colleges, giving them a comprehensive overview of the university’s academic diversity and opportunities.

All winners were felicitated with trophies and certificates in a grand closing ceremony.

Coordination & Team Effort

The event was efficiently coordinated by Dr. Dolly Vaish, Associate Professor, FoMC, whose meticulous planning ensured seamless execution. The programme was gracefully anchored by Dr. Nisha Singh, Associate Professor, FoMC.
