Holi celebrations were organised at Nandlal Bose Subharti College of Fine Arts & Fashion Design by Performing Arts department. Founder of Subharti University Dr. Mukti Bhatnagar graced everyone with her presence as the Chief guest along with the Hon'ble Prof. (Dr.) VP Singh, Vice Chancellor and CEO of Subharti University Dr. Shalya Raj.
