UG CDE Program on
“LASER VS ELECTROSURGERY IN DENTISTRY”
Continuing with the tradition of providing excellence in dental education, a Guest Lecture program was organised by the Department of Periodontology, Subharti Dental College & Hospital, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University on 27TH December 2023. The distinguished guest speaker for the program was DR. Amit Bhardwaj, Professor & Head, Department of Periodontology, SGT University , Gurugram.
The lecture highlighted the use of LASER and ELECTROSURGERY in various fields of Dentistry. Different procedures were shown where the use of LASER and ELECTROSURGERY was done.
Through this educational initiative, students could learn about the new modalities involved in the treatment of various dental problems.
At the end of the lecture a quiz was organised for the students, the winners of the quiz were made to do Hands – On on animal Model. All the participants participated with full encouragement.
