The students with faculty members of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department visited Sai Electricals Factory, Parikshit Garh Road, Salarpur village, Meeruton 26-05-2022 (Thursday). Sai Electricals is an ISO 9001-2015 Certified company, professionally managed & promoted by technocrats from IIT Kanpur with over three decades of experience in efficient energy management & power conditioning. The aim of this industrial visit was to have practical exposure to the power Transformer manufacturing from the power transformer manufacturing company. From this visit, the students clearly understand how the Electrical power transformers are manufactured. The company staff was completely shown each and every section of the power transformer manufacturing process. The students were seen in the transformer design section, transformer winding section, transformer core manufacturing section mechanical parts manufacturing section transformer testing section.
