16th Sardar Patel Subharti Moot Court Competition

The 16th Sardar Patel Subharti Moot Court Competition was successfully conducted by Moot Court Association in hybrid mode from 7–9 March, bringing together aspiring law students for an engaging display of advocacy and legal reasoning. The Final Round, held in the Moot Court Hall, providing participants with a realistic courtroom experience and maintaining the formal atmosphere expected in a moot court proceeding.
Rounds were adjudicated by a distinguished panel of judges comprising alumni and legal professionals associated with various courts.
The panel included:
Adv. Aman Bansal, Adv. Akansha Rai, Adv. Akansha Chaudhary, Adv. Tanupriya Joshi, Adv. Srishti, Adv. Rishabh, Adv. Harsh Yadav, Adv. Mansi, Adv. Shikha Upadhya,
Adv. Anurag Choudhary, Adv. Parth Malhotra.
The judges represented diverse legal backgrounds and professional affiliations, including the Patna High Court, Nainital High Court, Delhi High Court, and the District Court, Meerut, thereby bringing valuable practical insights and expertise to the evaluation process.

The competition provided participants with an excellent platform to enhance their advocacy skills, legal research abilities, and courtroom etiquette, while also fostering academic engagement and professional development within the legal community.

The event proceedings were efficiently managed by the Court Masters, namely – Chetan, Lavi, Sana Shree, Srishti Sirohi, Sadika Bansal, and George, who ensured proper coordination, time management, and smooth conduct of the court sessions.
