On 14 July 2026, Maharishi Aurobindo Subharti College and Hospital of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (MASCHNYS), Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, successfully organized a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Sensitization on Achieving Awards and Recognitions” at the Conference Hall, MASCHNYS.
The programme aimed to sensitize faculty members to the importance of academic excellence, institutional achievements, and the opportunities available for securing professional awards and recognitions. The session highlighted effective strategies to enhance teaching quality, strengthen research output, improve documentation practices, and actively participate in academic and professional activities that contribute to both individual and institutional growth.
The session was delivered by Dr. Rahul Bansal, Professor & Advisor, Department of Community Medicine, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Subharti Medical College, who shared valuable insights into the eligibility criteria, best practices, and systematic approaches for achieving academic and professional recognition. His engaging presentation motivated faculty members to focus on research, publications, faculty development initiatives, and quality enhancement activities.
A total of 16 faculty members enthusiastically participated in the programme, who actively interacted with the resource person and appreciated the informative and inspiring session. The discussions encouraged participants to strengthen their academic portfolios and contribute towards enhancing the institution’s standards of excellence.
The programme was coordinated by Dr. Shruti Baid, Assistant Professor (BNYS, MD Nutrition & Dietetics), MASCHNYS, ensuring its smooth execution and effective coordination.
