NABZZ REPORT of guest lecture on “Change the Soch” – SEBI Financial Literacy Drive by Franklin Templeton India
Maharishi Aurobindo Subharti College & Hospital of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (MASCHNYS), Meerut, organised a guest lecture on “Change the Soch” – SEBI Financial Literacy Drive by Franklin Templeton India on 9 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at LT-3, MASCHNYS. The programme was organised for the students, faculty members and staff of the institution with the objective of promoting financial literacy and developing awareness regarding responsible financial planning.
The session was delivered by Mr. Siddhartha Bhattacharyya, Associate Director, Franklin Templeton India, who provided valuable insights into the importance of financial literacy, responsible savings, investment awareness and informed financial decision-making. The resource person explained key concepts related to financial management in a simple and practical manner, enabling the participants to develop a better understanding of savings and investment practices.
A total of 80 students, faculty members and staff participated in the session. The participants actively engaged with the resource person and benefited from the practical information and examples shared during the lecture. The interactive nature of the session encouraged participants to clarify their queries and develop a more informed approach towards personal financial management.
The programme provided an effective platform for enhancing financial awareness among the MASCHNYS community and encouraged participants to adopt responsible savings and investment practices. The session was highly appreciated by the participants and contributed significantly towards promoting financial literacy and informed financial decision-making among the students, faculty members and staff.
