Campus Placement Drive of Rudra Abhishek Pvt. Ltd.
The Training, Placement & Industry Interface Department of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, successfully conducted a campus placement drive in collaboration with Rudra Abhishek Pvt. Ltd., offering eligible students an opportunity to be assessed for suitable roles within the organization.
Students from Diploma and B.Tech Electrical programmes registered for the drive. The selection process comprised two rounds — a pen and paper assessment to evaluate the candidates’ technical knowledge, followed by a face-to-face interview conducted by the company’s panel to assess their practical understanding and communication skills.
After the completion of the selection process, 3 students were finally selected. The selected students will serve as interns for a period of two months, following which they will be absorbed as full-time employees of the organization, based on their performance during the internship.
Congratulating the selected students, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Dr. V.K. Mittal, Hon’ble CEO Dr. Shalya Raj, and Mr. Sudhir Sharma, Director Placement, extended their best wishes to the students and appreciated their hard work and dedication in securing this opportunity. They encouraged the students to make the most of the internship period by demonstrating sincerity and professionalism, which would pave the way for their successful absorption as full-time employees.
