Career Opportunities Seminar with Physics Wallah Acadfly

Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College, in collaboration with Physics Wallah Acadfly, organized a Career Opportunities Seminar on 07 October 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at LT-1, First Floor, Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College. The seminar was organized for nursing students with the objective of providing them with valuable information and guidance regarding various career opportunities available in the nursing profession, particularly opportunities for pursuing nursing careers abroad. Total 70 + students participated from B.Sc. Nursing 7th semester, M.Sc. Nursing 2nd year, ANM 2nd year. The session was conducted by experienced professionals from Physics Wallah, including Ms. Swati Sharma, Manager – Career Excellence, with over 13 years of professional experience; Ms. Neha Sharma, Manager – International Placement Guidance, with over 15 years of professional experience; and Mr. Hariedra Malhotra, Manager, with over 5 years of experience in guiding students towards international career opportunities. The sessions were primarily conducted by Ms. Swati Sharma and Ms. Neha Sharma, who provided detailed guidance to the students regarding international career pathways for nursing graduates.

During the seminar, the resource persons discussed various career opportunities for nurses in Germany, Dubai, and the United Kingdom (UK). They explained the basic eligibility requirements, academic qualifications, professional experience, language proficiency, necessary documentation, licensing and registration procedures, and other important requirements for working as a nurse in different countries. The students were also guided on the importance of gaining relevant clinical experience, developing professional and communication skills, improving language proficiency, and preparing themselves academically and professionally according to the requirements of their desired country. The speakers also explained the general process of planning and preparing for an international nursing career and highlighted the opportunities available for professional growth and higher education abroad.

The seminar was interactive and informative, with active participation from the nursing students. Students enthusiastically interacted with the resource persons and raised questions related to international nursing opportunities, eligibility criteria, language requirements, registration procedures, career prospects, and the process of pursuing nursing careers abroad. The speakers addressed the students’ queries and provided practical guidance to help them understand the various career pathways available to them. The seminar successfully enhanced students’ awareness of global career opportunities and motivated them to plan their professional careers effectively. Overall, the programme was successfully conducted and proved beneficial in providing nursing students with valuable insights into future career opportunities in India and abroad.
