Naturopathy Health Check-up Camp on the Occasion of 11th International Ayurveda Day
Maharishi Aurobindo Subharti College & Hospital of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (MASCHNYS), Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, successfully organized a Naturopathy Health Check-up Camp on the occasion of the 11th International Ayurveda Day at Newari, Modinagar, Uttar Pradesh, on 22nd September 2026.
The camp was organized with the objective of providing accessible healthcare services to the local community and promoting awareness regarding preventive healthcare, healthy lifestyle practices, and natural approaches to health and well-being. The programme provided an opportunity for community members to undergo health assessment and receive appropriate naturopathic consultation and guidance.
A total of 51 patients benefited from the health check-up camp. The beneficiaries were provided with naturopathic consultation, basic health assessment, and guidance related to healthy living, preventive healthcare, diet, lifestyle modification, and natural methods for maintaining overall health and well-being.
The camp was coordinated by Dr. Smriti Goswami, Assistant Professor, MASCHNYS, SVSU. The programme served as an important community outreach initiative of the institution and contributed towards creating awareness about the significance of preventive healthcare and the adoption of healthy and natural living practices.
The successful organization of the camp reflects the commitment of MASCHNYS, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University towards community health promotion, preventive healthcare, and the dissemination of naturopathy and yogic approaches for a healthier society.
