An online alumni talk interaction session and guest lecture was organized by the Department of Physical Education under the Faculty of Education, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University on 4th August 2025. The topic of this program was – “Benefits of Sports Biomechanics in Sports Sciences”.
The keynote speaker of the program was Mr. Praful Upadhyay, Research Associate, Sports Analytics, Germany. He elaborated on the role of biomechanics in sports science and explained how biomechanical analysis helps in improving the performance of players, preventing injuries and developing training methods from a scientific point of view.
Students, researchers and faculty members actively participated in the online session and interacted with the expert through a question-answer session. This event proved to be very useful and informative for the students.
The program was successfully conducted by the Department of Physical Education and in the end the Head of the Department thanked the keynote speaker.
