The summary report on extension activity was held on 12/11/2021 by the Mechanical Engineering Department at Subharti Institute of Technology and Engineering
In tune with the Subharti slogan Shiksha, Sewa and Sanshkar, an outreach activity on “ Application of solar energy” was conducted with due permission from the competent authority on 12/11/2021 by students of the mechanical engineering department, Subharti Institute of Technology and Engineering, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut. The students were actively involved in the activity and got knowledge about the application of solar energy in the field of agriculture and domestic utility.
The activity was successful with intent and content with the following objectives.
- To inform the villagers about the use of clean sources of energy.
- To spread the message of the group and PM for use of clean energy through the KUSUM scheme.
- To make students interact with society and their problems.
- To make students inculcate mass demonstration techniques.
