Awareness E- Quiz on “International Youth day”
Law Club of Sardar Patel Subharti Law Institute, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut Under the direction of Director of the Subharti Law College Mr. Rajesh Chandra (Former Justice, Prayagraj, High Court, Uttar Pradesh) and under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Vaibhav Goel Bhartiya, Dean, Subharti law college organized a “Awareness E-Quiz on International Youth Day” Convener of the Law Club Dr. Sarika Tyagi prepared an online quiz through Google Forms .where questions were prepared to make aware the students regarding the objectives of celebrating International Youth Day and its significance also. The main purpose of organizing awareness E-Quiz was to make them aware and sensitized that we celebrate the International Youth Day and they are important ones who play an important role in the development of the society at all. International Youth Day is observed on August 12 every year, a date chosen to celebrate and recognize the incredible contributions of young people around the world. Established by the United Nations in 1999, this annual event falls in the middle of summer, a season often associated with energy and potential. August 12 serves as a dedicated moment to reflect on the role of youth in driving change and to amplify their voices in discussions about global issues. This year’s focus on “Innovate for a Sustainable Future” highlights the urgent need for innovative solutions to address environmental and social challenges, making the date not just a celebration but a call to action for the younger generation to lead the way in building a more sustainable and just world. Total 68 participants participated in the quiz and became aware about the various aspects of the International Youth Day this year the theme of the year 2024 was “From Clicks to Progress: Youth Digital Pathways for Sustainable Development”.
