INAUGURAL OF ORIENTATION DEEKSHARAMBH PROGRAMME 2024
The inaugural Deeksharambh orientation programme of the newcomers for the batch 2024organized by Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College, Meerut on 05/08/2024 at Rani Laxmi bai Auditorium
The students participated are First years of ANM, GNM, BSc, PBBSc, MSc and NPCC along with few parents enriched the session in markable moment. More than 160 students attended the programme.
Dr.Himanshu Aeran Pro-Vice Chancellor Swami Vivekananda Subharti University as a chief guest started the orientation programme with lamp lighting with prayer song along with other dignitaries as, Prof.Dr.Pankaj HOD of Paramedical SVSU, Principal Dr. Geeta Parwanda, Mrs. Joy Jose Asst. Prof. and Mrs.Gunjali Asst. Prof.
The programme begin with the welcome address By Prof.Dr.Geeta Parwanda, Dean with introduction of nursing college and blessings to the freshers, she encouraged all the freshers to be in forward enthusiasticallyduring the academic year
Followed by a talk of class coordinator Mrs.Josy Jose Asst.Profon Recognitions and awards achieved by the college and Mrs.Gunjali, Asst.Prof was given the session on rules and regulations of the college. The session continued with a mime from 3rd year GNM students for fostering the buds for this profession
Later on, our respected Pro Vice Chancellor, Dr. Himanshu Aeran, talked about how the university has overcome challenges in the form of delivery of education through different platforms. He touched upon the history of the institute from its establishment in 2000, the rapid development under the leadership of Dr.Atul Krishna to the best university in India today. He also motivated the students to discover the untapped potential in every one of them and seize the opportunities that come their way
Finally the programme concluded with vote of thanks by Prof.Ambli.V HOD in Obstertics and Gynaecological Nursing followed by National Anthem and photo session. Overall, the programme was under themaster of ceremony of Mrs.lincy AbrahamAsst.Lecturer. and organised by Mrs.Saroj Rani Asso.Prof and Mrs. Chhaya Yadav, Asst. Prof,under the guidance of the Principal Ex. Capt. Dr. Geeta Parwanda.
