Jyotirao Phule Subharti College of Physiotherapy, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, organized the DEEKSHARAMBH FRESHER’S-2025 on 28th August 2025 at Maharani Laxmibai Auditorium to warmly welcome the new batch of 2025–26. The program was designed to introduce the freshers to the college environment, encourage academic commitment, and instill confidence as they embark on their professional journey in physiotherapy.
The event commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, symbolizing knowledge and wisdom. This event was followed by a welcome address by Prof. (Dr.) Jasmine Anandabai, Dean, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, who inspired the students to strive for excellence in academics as well as extracurricular pursuits. Prof. (Dr.) Amit Kumar Goel, Officiating Principal, Subharti College of Physiotherapy, further emphasized the values of discipline, dedication, and integrity, motivating the students to uphold professional ethics and contribute meaningfully to society.
During the program, the faculty members introduced themselves and shared valuable insights, helping the students feel connected and supported in their new academic journey. An interactive session was also conducted, where students enthusiastically participated, sharing their expectations and aspirations while receiving guidance from their mentors.
The highlight of the celebration was the Mr. & Ms. Fresher Contest, where students showcased their talents through dance, singing, ramp walk, and fun games. The lively cultural performances, group dances, and interactive games created a joyful atmosphere, helping freshers bond with their seniors and peers. Exciting activities kept the audience engaged, filling the auditorium with energy and enthusiasm. Rohan Verma was crowned Mr. Fresher and Vaishnavi Galav was crowned Ms. Fresher, marking the most memorable moment of the event.
The event was meticulously organized by the College Cultural Committee, under the supervision of Prof. (Dr.) Shikha Singh, Professor, and Dr. Kayinat Hasan, Assistant Professor. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Akansha Gurjar, Assistant Professor, who expressed gratitude to all dignitaries, faculty members, and students for their active participation.
The Deeksharambh Freshers-2025 celebration proved to be an inspiring and memorable beginning, instilling enthusiasm, positivity, and determination among the freshers to step into their college life with zeal and confidence.
