Awareness program on “Entrepreneurship Opportunities for students of Technical Domain”,

An online awareness session was conducted by Subharti Institute of Technology and Engineering of the University on 2nd November 2021 on “Entrepreneurship Opportunities for students of Technical Domain” under Entrepreneurship Development cell of the Institute in association with Institution Innovation Council . The speaker Mr. Joydeep Singh, a young entrepreneur and IT head of PISEH, Patiala explained the unique ways a student with technical background can venture into the field of Entrepreneurship. An overview of the process of entrepreneurship both as the owner or as the lead of a solo project head was described beautifully by the speaker.
The session highlighted terms like solopreneur, idea generation and concentrated on the problem solving ways which can lead to entrepreneurial ventures by young and budding engineers.The students attended the event with zeal and enthusiasm.
Dr.Manoj Kapil, Dean and Principal of the Institute appreciated the efforts taken by EDC Cell and Institution Innovation Council for the success of the event.
