Employability Training Program

Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College, in collaboration with Naandi Foundation’s Mahindra Pride Classroom, successfully organized a 6-Day Free Employability Training Programme for B.Sc. Nursing 2022 batch students from 29th January 2026. The programme was conducted at Lecture Theatre–1 of the college from 10:00 AM onwards, with the active participation of 73 students. The primary objective of the programme was to enhance students’ employability skills, build self-confidence, and prepare them to face future professional challenges effectively. The programme commenced with an inaugural session, which included a lamp lighting ceremony by the respected dignitaries, marking the auspicious beginning of the event. The gathering was warmly welcomed by the anchor. The programme was graced by the presence of Dr. Geeta Parwanda, Principal, Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College, and the resource person, Mrs. Jyotsna Dixit, Trainer from Mahindra Pride Classroom. As a token of respect and appreciation, a sapling was presented to Mrs. Jyotsna Dixit by the Principal Ma’am.

During her address, Dr. Geeta Parwanda ma’am, motivated the students and emphasized the importance of skill development, discipline, and dedication for achieving success in professional life. Her inspiring words encouraged the students to utilize this training programme to its fullest potential. The training sessions were conducted by Mrs. Jyotsna Dixit, who began the programme with the distribution of Student Journals on Employability Skills Development. The sessions focused on various key areas such as communication skills, interview skills, professional etiquette, leadership qualities, and personality development. The training was interactive, informative, and activity-based, promoting active participation and engagement among students. The trainees demonstrated great enthusiasm, interest, and commitment throughout the programme, making the training highly effective and impactful. Overall, the Employability Training Programme proved to be a valuable initiative in preparing students for professional excellence and career readiness.
