Report on “Entrepreneurship and Career Compass: An Awareness Session 15-04-2026”
The Department of Education, Faculty of Education, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, in collaboration with the University Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC Cell) and University Career Counselling Cell,(CCCU) successfully organized an awareness session titled “Entrepreneurship and Career Compass: An Awareness Session”
The session was conducted under the expert guidance of Dr. Anoj Raj, who delivered an informative and motivating lecture focusing on entrepreneurship, career planning, employability, and innovation among students. The session was aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDG-4, SDG-8, and SDG-9), emphasizing quality education, decent work opportunities, and innovation-driven growth.
During the session, the expert carefully addressed all the objectives of the programme in a systematic and interactive manner. Dr. Anoj Raj created awareness among students regarding entrepreneurship and self-employment opportunities and highlighted the importance of becoming self-reliant in today’s competitive world. He guided students about career planning, professional growth, and skill development required for future success.
The expert also motivated the participants towards innovation, leadership qualities, and entrepreneurial thinking. Through practical examples and interactive discussion, students were encouraged to develop confidence, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. Special emphasis was given to communication skills, decision-making abilities, and employability skills which are essential for career advancement.

Overall, the programme successfully achieved its intended outcomes by creating awareness, enhancing career readiness, promoting innovation, and motivating students towards entrepreneurship and self-development. Furthermore, the session inspired students to explore career opportunities according to their interests, talents, and abilities. The participants actively interacted with the speaker and gained valuable knowledge regarding career guidance, entrepreneurship, and future opportunities.
The programme was organized successfully under the overall supervision and coordination of Dr. Bhuvnesh Sharma, Associate Professor & Dr. Reeba Devi, Assistant Professor, Department of Education, Faculty of Education, SVSU.At the end of the session, the Vote of Thanks was delivered by Dr. Bhuvnesh Sharma, Associate Professor and Coordinator of EDC Cell and Career Counselling Cell, Department of Education, Faculty of Education, SVSU. He expressed gratitude to the expert speaker, faculty members, organizing team, and all participating students for making the programme successful and meaningful.
