Prof. (Dr.) Reena Bishnoi, Dean, Faculty of Law told about the legal firms and regulatory bodies and how a law student become an entrepreneur. A law company or consultancy that satisfies investment and turnover requirements can frequently register as a service MSME, even though individual practicing advocates are typically regarded as “professionals” rather than “service enterprises” (and hence frequently ineligible for Udyam registration). She also added that Law students with tech-driven legal solutions can take part in the Ministry of MSME’s regular activities, such as the MSME Idea Hackathon for young innovators. Platforms like Live Law and SCC Online provide updates on the latest judicial rulings affecting the MSME sector.
