MASCHNYS Organizes Faculty Development Programme on Teamwork for College Ranking
With a vision to foster collaboration and institutional excellence, the Maharishi Aurobindo Subharti College and Hospital of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (MASCHNYS), Swami Vivekanand Subharti University (SVSU), Meerut, organized a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Teamwork for College Ranking” on 7 July 2026. The programme was held in the Conference Hall, MASCHNYS, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, bringing together faculty members for an engaging and insightful academic session.
The programme was coordinated by Dr. Annu, Assistant Professor, who emphasized the importance of collaboration and collective responsibility in achieving academic excellence and enhancing the institution’s overall performance. The session aimed to encourage faculty members to work together effectively towards the common goal of improving the college’s quality and ranking.
The resource person, Dr. Niraj Nayan Rishi, Associate Professor, delivered an inspiring and interactive session on the significance of teamwork in institutional growth. He highlighted how effective communication, mutual trust, shared responsibility, and coordinated efforts contribute to academic success and organizational development. To make the session more engaging and impactful, he presented motivational videos and real-life examples illustrating the power of teamwork in achieving remarkable outcomes. The visual presentations encouraged faculty members to reflect on the importance of collaboration in both academic and administrative settings.
The programme witnessed the active participation of 14 faculty members, who enthusiastically engaged in discussions and shared their perspectives on fostering a collaborative work culture. The interactive nature of the session made it both informative and inspiring, reinforcing the value of teamwork as a key driver of institutional excellence.
The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing sincere gratitude to the resource person for his enlightening session and to all the participants for their enthusiastic involvement.
