Faculty Development Programme on “Drafting of the Document for Non-Teaching Staff”
Maharishi Aurobindo Subharti College & Hospital of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (MASCHNYS), Swami Vivekanand Subharti University (SVSU), Meerut, successfully organized a Faculty Development Programme on “Drafting of Official Documents for Non-Teaching Staff” on 11th July 2026 at the Conference Hall, MASCHNYS.
The programme aimed to enhance the documentation, drafting, and administrative competencies of the non-teaching staff, thereby promoting efficient institutional functioning and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The session was conducted by Dr. Nair Dhiren Ajit, Officiating Dean & Principal, MASCHNYS, SVSU, who delivered an informative lecture on the principles of official correspondence, file management, record maintenance, and the preparation of institutional documents. He emphasized the significance of clear, accurate, and systematic documentation in maintaining transparency, accountability, and administrative excellence.
The programme witnessed the active participation of 8 non-teaching staff members of MASCHNYS. The interactive discussions and practical guidance provided during the session enabled participants to gain a better understanding of professional documentation practices applicable in day-to-day institutional administration. The participants appreciated the relevance of the session and expressed that the knowledge gained would contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of institutional documentation.
The programme was coordinated by Dr. Smriti Goswami, Assistant Professor, MASCHNYS, SVSU, under the guidance and support of the college administration. The Faculty Development Programme concluded successfully, with participants expressing appreciation for the practical knowledge and administrative insights shared during the session.
