NABZZ REPORT ON FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (FDP) ON THE THEME “SMART BOARD TRAINING
Maharishi Aurobindo Subharti College and Hospital of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (MASCHNYS), under Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, successfully conducted a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on the theme “Smart Board Training” to enhance digital teaching skills among faculty members.
The program was conducted on 20th March 2026 from 02:00 PM to 03:00 PM at the Conference Hall, 2nd Floor, Naturopathy & Yoga College, MASCHNYS.
The objective of the program was to familiarize faculty members with modern teaching tools and to promote the effective use of smart boards for interactive and engaging classroom teaching.
The resource person for the session was Dr. Nikhil Rathi, Associate Professor at Shubharti Institute of Engineering and Technology. He conducted a practical and informative session demonstrating the use of smart boards and their application in enhancing teaching-learning processes.
The session included hands-on training, enabling participants to gain practical experience in using digital tools for teaching. It provided valuable insights into modern pedagogical techniques and encouraged faculty members to adopt innovative methods in their classrooms.
Total No. of participants was 11 faculty members
The program was coordinated by Dr. Sonia Ningombam, Tutor, MASCHNYS, who ensured the smooth organisation of the event.
The session was well appreciated by all participants for its practical approach and usefulness in improving teaching practices. Overall, the Faculty Development Program was a successful initiative that contributed to enhancing the teaching capabilities of faculty members through the integration of digital technology.
