Swami Vivekanand Subharti University has a student ERP system through which students can pay the fee online and view their dues anytime. Students can get the receipt instantly and the deposited fee shall be reflected in their personal login instantly. ERP system can be accessed through the website www.subharti.org -or directly through erp.subharti.org or subharti.org/erp.
In case a student is not able to access the ERP there is a secondary link fees.subharti.org to deposit their fees. The payment made on this website will get reflected in their University account after 1-2 working days.
DO NOT TRANSFER / DEPOSIT THE FUNDS IN THE UNIVERSITY BANK ACCOUNTS. University management has decided to charge an extra fee of INR.500 per transaction from the students who deposit the fee in the bank account of the University w.e.f. 01.04.2022 except for students who have taken admission through NEET (MBBS, MD/MS, BDS and MDS).
Fee counters at the Accounts Department shall continue to accept Demand Draft / Cash / Debit Card / Credit Card.
