WRITE – UP FOR NABZZ ( Fireless cooking)
On the occasion of the 7th Naturopathy Day Celebration, MASCHNYS organized a Fireless Cooking Competition at the MASCHNYS Yoga Hall. This event aimed to promote the Principles of Naturopathy, sustainable living, and the importance of raw and natural foods for health and well-being. The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from both UG & PG students, who presented their creative culinary skills without the use of fire. The event encouraged participants to focus on nutritious, sustainable, and innovative recipes. The judging panel comprised esteemed experts like Dr. Rahul Bansal, Professor at the Department of Community Medicine, SMC, Meerut, and Dr. Neetu Yadav Assistant Professor, at Dept. of Home Science. A total of 72 participants competed in the event and dishes were judged based on innovation, presentation, nutritional value, and taste. The event inspired attendees to incorporate more natural and eco-friendly practices into their daily routines. The event concluded with a short address by the judges, who encouraged everyone to continue exploring the world of fireless cooking. Certificates and prizes were distributed to the winners and participants, and a group photo marked the end of this successful and enlightening celebration of Naturopathy Day.
