The Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology & Oral Microbiology, organized a Guest Lecture on “Artificial Intelligence in Diagnosis”, for faculty members and postgraduate students on 27th August 2025. The resource person was Dr. J. Augustine, Professor, Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, New Delhi. The lecture emphasized the impact of artificial intelligence in the field of Oral diagnosis, prediction and treatment outcome. He opined that it is encouraging to see artificial intelligence is expanding its wings in various fields of dentistry especially in the field of diagnosis. 90 Postgraduates and 49 faculty members from different departments of Subharti Dental College & Hospital attended the lecture. The guest speaker was felicitated by Principal & Dean Dr Nikhil Srivastava and Dr Vijay Wadhwan (Professor & Head), Dr. Preeti Sharma, Dr. Ekta Vishnoi, Dr. Purnima Gupta.
