Keral Verma Subharti College of Science, SVSU organized a guest lecture on “Code of Conduct and Work Ethics” on 15.07.2024, for all the faculty members of Keral Verma Subharti College of Science.The program started with the lamp lighting by Prof. (Dr.) Renu Mavi, Dean, KVSCOS, Resource person Prof. (Dr.) R. K. Ghai, Dean, Management & Commerce College, SVSU, all HODs and Program Coordinator Dr. Ankit Kumar Goyal.
The lecture was delivered by Prof. (Dr.) R. K. Ghai, Dean, Management & Commerce College, SVSU, who has a vast experience & knowledge in the field of the topic. The session aimed to educate the teaching staff about the importance of adhering to ethical standards and maintaining a professional code of conduct in the workplace. Dr. Ghai covered the definition and importance of code of conduct and work ethics. How to ensure a productive work environment? How the impacts of strong work ethics on individual and institution success? He explained characteristics, importance and tips for maintaining professionalism in the work place.
The program was successfully conducted in supervision of Dr. Renu Mavi, Dean KVSCOS with the coordination of Dr. Ankit Kumar Goyal. All heads and faculty members contributed for the program.
