Guest Lecture on the pressing issues of inequality and conflict
Esteemed academic and social scientist, Professor Rabindra Kumar (Professor, School Of Social Sciences, IGNOU), delivered an insightful and thought-provoking lecture on the pressing issues of inequality and conflict at Department of Liberal arts and Humanities, Faculty of Arts & Social Science, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University on 26/06/2023. The event, organized by Department of Liberal arts and Humanities, Faculty of Arts & Social Science, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University yesterday, drew a large and diverse audience eager to engage with Professor Kumar’s expertise and research in these crucial areas.
With an impressive academic background and extensive experience in the field, Professor Rabindra Kumar is renowned for his in-depth analysis of societal challenges, particularly relating to inequality and conflict. He has dedicated his career to understanding the complex interplay between socioeconomic disparities and the outbreak of conflicts.

Dr.Ankit Tiwari , assistant professor of sociology, department of liberal Arts and Humanities, dragged the attention of audience with many examples of inequalities and explained how society were divided into many fraction and group. He forced in his lecture to maintain harmony and lead into the development of Indian society.
After the lecture Dean Of Faculty of Arts & Social Science Professor Sudhir Tyagi addressed the audience. He explained the inequality in modern society and gave thanks to professor Rabindra for his contribution. At The end of Program Head of Department Dr. Manoj Kumar Tripathi said that the lecture by Professor Rabindra Kumar proved to be a remarkable event, leaving the audience inspired and motivated to tackle the challenges of inequality and conflict in their respective spheres of influence. It served as a reminder of the power of knowledge and collective action in shaping a fairer and more peaceful future for all.
