On November 28, Monday, Dr. Tushti Sharma, Professor and Head of the Department of Languages, functioned as the resource person for the second session under Incessant FDP on interpersonal skills themed “A journey from I to me” that included about 35 Assistant Professors from Subharti College of Science.
SWOT analysis, interpersonal skills, and guided future visualization meditation were some of the topics covered in the session.
The participants in the FDP were exposed to a wide range of real-world scenarios pertaining to the development of human talents.
The program’s main lesson was the importance of human skills in indicating personal transversal competencies like social aptitudes, language and communication skills, friendliness and the potential to work in a team, as well as other personality traits that sculpt interactions among the workforce at workstations.
