On 7th and 8th September 2022, a two day inter Institutional visit was organized at Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut. Professor Amen and Associate Professor Nakshi from Christian Institute of Health Sciences and Research, Dimapur, Nagaland were invited for the visit.The aim of this visit was to raise the standard of nursing education in the North-Eastern provinces of India.
On this occasion, on the first day of the tour, Dr. Geeta Parwanda, Principal of Nursing College, welcomed the guests and introduced all the members of the teaching faculty.Along with this orientation of Nursing College was also done.
The two-day visit covered the areas pertaining to health services of the University campus like Chhatrapati Shivaji Hospital, Rural Health Training Centre, Urban Health Training Centre, Research and Incubation Centre, etc. The guests addressed the students and motivated them to do good work in the field of Nursing.
The Vice Chancellor of the University, Honorable Major General (Dr.) G.K. Thapliyal and Hon’ble CEO Prof. (Dr.) Shalya Raj congratulated them for organizing this inter institutional and wished them all the best for his future endeavors.
