“Approach To Mental Health And Well-Being Under Nep 2020”

Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College organized the two days’ workshop on “Approach to Mental Health and Well-being under NEP 2020”in collaboration with AYURGYAN NYAS held at Swami Vivekanand Subharti University on the occasion of International NurseS Day.

Day 1-: The workshop commenced with an inaugural session where distinguished guests were present:Mr. G.K. Thapliyal (Vice-Chancellor) of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Dr.GeetaParwanda (Dean and Principal) of Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College, Dr.PawanParasar (Medical Superintendent) of Subharti Hospital, Dr.Sourab Sharma (AMS) (Assistant Medical Superintendent), Ms. Deepti Gulati (General Secretary) of AYURGYAN NYAS.The Vice-Chancellor lit the ceremonial lamp, symbolizing the start of the event. The welcome address given by Dr.GeetaParwanda, Principal, Panna Dhai MaaSubharti Nursing College and Vice Chancellor unfolded the Nurses day theme and enlightened the participants with blessings words. Many activities were carried out on the occasion of nurse’s week, prizes were awarded for reel competition and quiz competition by Maj Gen Dr G.K. Thapliyal Vice Chancellor of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University. Followed by cake cutting ceremony done on the occasion of International Nurses Day. Vote of Thanks Given by Associate professor Deepak Kumar HOD of Med Sug Department. After that session was started by Ms Deepti Gulati, general Secretary on Universal Education Ethics and sessions was by Ms Pooja Malhotra, Ms Jaishri Joshi, Dr RemyaRamakrishnan, Ms Deeksha Gulati, Mr WijdanHyderfrom AyurGyanNyas.

Day 2:Resource person Mrs Jaishree joshi renowned educator,Dr remya , Mrs Deepti took sessions on mindfulness and ! More than 70 delegates participated in the workshop from various districts of Uttarpardesh .Workshop was successfully carried out by Prof.AmbliV HOD OBG Department and Mr Deepak Kumar Associate Professor, HOD Med SurgDept, under the guidance of Dr.GeetaParwanda, Principal, Panna DhaiMaaSubharti Nursing College, Meerut and AYURGYAN NYAS. Overall, the workshop highlighted the importance of mental health awareness, ethical education, and emotional well-being in the context of nursing and education. It’s heartening to see such initiatives fostering holistic development!
