Addressing the women, children and men presented there, Dr.  Sarika Tyagi explained the concept of equal justice system for women and men in Article 14 of  the Indian Constitution, explaining on the subject she told about their various fundamental and  legal rights. Looking at the equal role of both, it is necessary that they should be given equal  opportunities in all other fields including education, because if one side is weak then social  progress will not be possible. It is noteworthy that India’s female literacy rate is much lower than  the world average of 79.7 percent. She said that gender inequality refers to discriminating against  women on the basis of gender. They are suffering from exploitation, humiliation and  discrimination both at home and in the society. For any country to develop completely, it is  necessary for the rest of the women to be educated. It is like a medicine which helps in curing the  patient and then helps in making him healthy again. Just as the balance of a bicycle depends on  both the wheels, in the same way the development of the society rests on the shoulders of both men and women. Article 21 of the Indian Constitution: Women have the right to live with  dignity and decency equal to men (Right of Dignity) or right against harassment in office,  security or right to receive equal remuneration (salary), right against domestic violence Right to  privacy and Free Legal Aid and the right not to be arrested at night etc. is available. If women  are educated then they can solve all the problems of their home. Women’s education helps in  national and international development. she also told that if you have any kind of legal issue you  can call on 9639011144 or 0121-6678000 at the Free Legal Aid Center of Subharti Law College  located at Subharti University campus for free legal advice.

I.R. is registered.  Dowry demand can be punished for 3 years.
