Organization of Management Fest Manthan-2024
Management Fest Manthan 2024 was organized at Acharya Vishnu Gupta College of Management and Commerce on 29.02.2024, in which more than 250 students of degree colleges of Meerut participated in competitions of various management oriented activities, for example, Management Quiz, Ed-Med Show, Situational Puzzle, Logo Re-Design, Skit, Paper Presentation, Extempore, Newspaper Dress, Guess-O- Mania, Modeling, Bingo -Minute to Win, Collage Making, etc.
The objective of organizing Management Fest Manthan was to develop various types of skills like organization skills, structuring skills, management skills, problem solving skills, decision skills, presentation skills, communication skills etc. for the all-round development of the future managers of the country.
Major General (Dr.) G.K. Thapliyal, Vice Chancellor, Subharti University also emphasized on the importance of management in various fields and appealed to the future managers in various types of management to move forward in enhancing their skills and capabilities so that they can help in the development of the country. And can make important contribution in development. Prof. (Dr.) Shalya Raj Chief Executive Officer encouraged the students to play their role in the field of entrepreneurship also.
Dean, Faculty of Management and Commerce and Director Acharya Vishnu Gupta College of Management and Commerce, Prof. (Dr.) R.K. Ghai, in his welcome address, highlighted the importance and contribution of management in the progress of the country at present and said that this type of event. Students are provided the opportunity to express and advance their talents. In this sequence, he informed in detail about the unique qualities of Subharti College of Management and Commerce and also mentioned the efforts made by the college as per the new education system 2020. The students of the colleges participating in the competition were awarded first, second and third certificates on the basis of merit by the experienced judges and participation certificates were also distributed to all the participating students.
