Today on 03 September 2022, the first CME organized by Medical Education Unit was presented by the Central Lab on the topic “Overview of the Central Laboratory: Facility, Functions and Future Planning” by Dr. Ravi Pratap Singh, AMS Lab Services, CSSH.
In this topic, we covered the scope of services under Central Lab, advanced technology available, all aspects of quality for accurate reports, information about affordable health, and OPD packages. The audience was also informed about the free home Blood sample collection facility available for the nearby area and university campus and the upcoming new instrument along with its scope. A brief discussion on the facilities available but not used by physicians.
This CME holds the CME merit points given by the judges.
After the CME, the interaction between different departments along with High Tea.
Similar CMEs are planned to be held every Saturday to regularly update about the working and facilities of Chhatrapati Shivaji Subharti Hospital.
