ON CAMPUS RECRUITMENT DRIVE OF AUTO IGNITION LTD.

An On campus Recruitment drive of Auto Ignition Ltd. was organized by Training and Placement Department of Subharti University on October 20th 2023.

Auto Ignition Ltd. is India’s leading manufacturer of starter motors, alternators, and components for various applications, including tractors, commercial vehicles, generating sets, off-road vehicles, and stationary engines. The company’s HR team visited the campus to identify and select the most promising candidates for their organization.

The campus placement session commenced with a warm welcome by Mr. Amit Kumar Verma, the Director of the Training and Placement Department by gifting a sapling to the company’s HR representative.

Following the welcome ceremony, the company’s HR representative delivered an insightful Pre Placement Talk. During this session, the HR representative offered an in-depth understanding of the company, its core values, and the various career opportunities it provides. This talk helped the candidates gain valuable insights into the company’s culture, expectations, and the growth prospects that awaited them.

The selection process was a rigorous evaluation of candidates, designed to identify the most suitable individuals for the roles. It consisted of two major phases Firstly; Candidates underwent a written test, which aimed to assess their technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and aptitude. This phase served as an initial filter to shortlist candidates for the next round. In Second phase, those who successfully cleared the written test proceeded to the personal interview round. The company HR conducted these interviews meticulously, evaluating the candidates’ communication skills, technical expertise, and their alignment with the company’s values and goals.

After a thorough assessment of all the candidates, 12 promising candidates emerged as the final selections. These newly selected candidates are now set to embark on their professional journeys with the auto ignition company, contributing to the organization’s continued success.
