ON CAMPUS RECRUITMENT DRIVE OF VIRAAJ VENTURES
An On Campus Recruitment drive of M/s Viraaj Ventures was conducted by the Training and Placement Department of Subharti University.
Viraaj Ventures is a privately held Indian company headquartered in Noida, Uttarpradesh. Founded by Mr. Ankit Aditya Pradhan, the group has diversified businesses across India in real estate, infrastructure, digital marketing, and wealth management.
The enterprises working under Viraaj Ventures include Realty Assistant, Triumph EduDevelopers, Keasis, and Pararthya. All these organizations work independently in their respective domains to create leadership and trust in the industry. Being a value-driven company, the group is also involved in many philanthropic activities which support health, education, environment, and women empowerment, among others.
The company officials triggered the Placement session with a Pre placement Talk (PPT), and guided students about the Selection process. The officials presented several Videos of the company to help students better acquaint themselves with the company culture, values and ethos of the Organization.
The next step was the Group Discussion round. A large number of students participated in the drive and the GD round was effectively conducted & managed by the Placement Team in collaboration with HR Team from Viraaj Venture.
Few students were shortlisted by the Company after the GD round. Later, a Personal Interview round was conducted.
A total of 6 students were selected after the final Interview round. A final Interaction of 2 of them is scheduled with the Technical team, after which their selection will be confirmed.
The team of officials was elated by the University atmosphere and culture and were excited to see the zeal and enthusiasm of the students.
The Company also promised to be associated with the University for providing excellent opportunities in the future.
